Intermountain Centers - Community Counselor III - I provide clinical services, assessments, and interventions for children in the outpatient behavioral health facility. I facilitate team meetings, develop treatment plans, make referrals, and collaborate with families and providers. I also respond to crises, document activities, and maintain strong family relationships to support positive outcomes.
Intermountain Centers - Intake Clinician - As an intake assessor, I conducted intake and annual assessments for children in an outpatient behavioral health facility. I developed treatment plans and made referrals. Additionally, I provided community resources to families, connecting them with relevant services and support systems.
Michael Brubaker Counseling - BHT Counselor & Office Support - I managed scheduling, documentation, and session planning in alignment with court ordered treatment. I conducted assessments, as well as individual and group counseling sessions. Additionally, I handled the financial aspects of client payments, ensuring accurate billing and timely processing.
Arizona Training Program at Coolidge - State of AZ - Oversaw compliance, staff management, and service delivery for Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) and group homes, ensuring that all operations adhered to state and federal regulations. I coordinated staff training, supervised daily activities, and implemented quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care. Additionally, I monitored operational procedures, maintained accurate documentation, and collaborated with regulatory agencies to ensure ongoing compliance and high standards of service.
